Lustr.design focusses on quality and design. Our products are made out of natural materials and are manually finished and packed, so things can sometimes go wrong - dixit Murphy. As an online customer, u have the right to inspect the products for a period of 14 days upon receipt. Inspecting means checking as you would do in a real shop - so no (excessive) use. If however you are not satisfied with the product, it can be returned to lustr.design using the 'return document' provided here.
The product has to be returned in the original state and package. If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as upon receipt, a deduction can be made in your refund in accordance with the decrease of the value of the items.
Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. lustr.design aims to wire you your refund within 14 days after notification of return shipping has been received. However, the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse or we have received documentation proving the items have been shipped.
After this 14-day period upon receipt of the product, the product is irrevocably accepted by the customer and can't be returned.
Remark: in case of damaged or incomplete orders, please contact lustr.design first before returning. Often lustr.design will be able to help you faster and cheaper by e.g. sending spare parts!
