lustr.design focusses on lasercut interior design.
Our business is to design and deliver goodlooking middle-priced interior design, mainly produced by lasercutting technology. We design and produce locally (Ghent-based) and deliver globally, using smart flatpack design. lustr.design ships towards many EU-countries.
GOODWILL CLAUSULE
As with the start of a new business, the website and service may not be 100% on point yet. We work hard to improve this to become a solid machine. If there are bugs or problems, we would love to hear about this and work this out properly. Send us your feedback to hello@lustr.design

Our terms and conditions are only valid upon agreements with lustr.design.
For issues, due to suppliers or other external factors, lustr.design can not be held accountable (but we will definately help you out as good as possible).

No binding purchase agreement between you and lustr.design has been made until you receive an order confirmation from lustr.design.

PRICING & PAYMENT
Products shown on the website are VAT-inclusive (21%).
Shipping costs are included for Central-European countries.
Pricing faults can be rectified with cancellation of the order.
Payment is provided using Shopify's third-party payment services (Paypal, Mollie, ... ).
lustr.design can not be held accountable for payment issues.
SHIPPING
Products can be shipped internationally and delivery time may vary depending on location and/or mail carrier.
For Central-European orders, shipping costs are included in the total price; no extra shipping costs. We ship towards Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom and aim to expand our shipping area in the near future.
Delivery time is estimated to be 2 till 7 days.
Every shipment has an unique tracking code, so customers can trace their package during delivery. This tracking code will be e-mailed towards the costumer after pick-up at lustr.design.

WARRANTY
lustr.design aims for quality and will deliver products in a good state.
In accordance with applicable law, a 24-month warranty applies to our products. Within 2 years following the purchase, customers can report issues such as production errors. You can either have a new product sent, receive a discount or return the product for a refund. This will be decided by lustr.design from case to case.
If however the product or package gets damaged by external factors, lustr.design can not be held accountable.

In case Force Majeur is responsible for the permanent impossibility of lustr.design to partially of fully comply with it’s obligations, the contract will be partially or fully terminated, depending on the circumstances. lustr.design engages itself to seek out a mutually satisfactory solution where possible.
